Win7 64 bit Twinhan 1020 trouble

I'm trying to get my Twinhan 1020 to work with Win 7 64 bit however I get the BLUE screen when I try to scan. does anyone have this working?
driver is dvb-tv 1.2.3.8 for twinhan and BDA 2.1.0 for Dream

thanks for any ideas
