Copy SID to Channel Number

How about an option, in channel scan interface, to copy the SID to the Channel number field. This would be helpful for anyone looking at one multi-channel provider. Or additionally with the option a starting value offset.
Twinahn 1020A, WinXP Pro, Dual Athlon 1800, 3 meter C/Ku dish and toroidal Ku dish.
