DVB crashes on startup

I installed 1.5f and was woking but I did not have any audio on my computer. In device manager I had a Realtek audio device from the MOBO and a Xtreme Sound from my audio card. When I disable the Realtek I get audio on my PC but DVBDream crashes on startup. I have tried to clear the setting but that does not solve this.
If I enable Realtek again DVBDream starts but no audio.
