Genpix Unified - "Device not supported" - "Offline mode"

I have the skywalker-1 with the latest drivers installed on win7 64bit. Whenever I start up DD and try to add the device I get two errors; one that says my device is not supported, and then the other that says it cannot initialize DVB hardware! ErrorCode:1
I tried 1.7a, 1.6, and then 1.5g.
Did I forget to install something?
