Switching channels when DD is minimized -- freeze

It used to be "TV-OUT ..." problem. Now I'm more than sure it's not the TV-Out problem but the minimized DD problem.

I've tried different things.
First thought was -- it's drivers (nope)
-- it's remote soft (nope)
-- it's dreamstart.exe (nope)

Why not remote nor dreamstart.exe (btw -genius prog!) cause I've tried to send MessageApp and MessageWin to DD. DD works fine when not minimized -- even covered by other windows.
More than that -- volume control via dreamstart.exe is working perfectry (press and hold the control button works without freezing). It's only when changing channels (although sometimes it works).
BTW Once being frozen and "end task"ed, starting DD and switching channels (in minimized state) ALLWAYS results in freeze.

P.S. I'll try to switch to old DD and see if this problem was brought by new features
